We’ve had deep and meaningful topics for long enough; it’s time to argue about roleplaying mechanics! In today’s episode, we explore the ways some systems let you build whatever character you like, while others make you play the game how the designers mean for you to play it. We also try to explain why the first option isn’t always good, and the second one isn’t always bad. Plus, hear about how Mike and Chris are terrible power gamers who make their GMs weep!

Hi,
I just discovered your website and am loving some of the posts!
I was excited to notice you have a podcast as well. I subscribed to it on iTunes, but to my disappointment, it only shows the last 10 episodes. Same happens on the itunes website https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/the-mythcreant-podcast/id724048274
Is there a way to get all episodes showing in my iTunes player so I could listen from the beginning? I cannot seem to find any option to do this. I wonder if there is a setting on your end? Thank you!
We think we finally figured out what was causing that on our end. Keep your fingers crossed and it’ll be resolved in a few days.
