Mythcreants Invasion

January 2019

Rejoice, for we have passed the solstice and entered the new year intact (mostly). With great vigor did we shake our fist at the cold and the dark during our mid-winter festival.┬áNow it’s time for a new set of articles.

Leading the pack is an article written by a linguist, on how writers misrepresent language. If you’re in a more character-focused mood, we’ve got one article on why characters are successful and another on how to build inter-character relationships. Finally, for our gamer friends we’ve got a series on RPG combat, how it can help the story, and why so few combat systems actually do that.

Happy New Year to all of you!
